There are days when we feel like a little Kangaroo before nap.  Sorry this video is sideways, but it's cute!

Feast

We celebrated Thanksgiving by having a feast with our friends the Strom Pilgrams. It was a delicious feast. We all sang a song together and then our said our own class poem. We wore a Native American head dress, pasta necklaces, and Native American vests. We had a great time!

Thanksgiving 2012

Today we had a treat. Miles and his mom surprised us with turkey cookies that we made ourselves. She provided the cookies and we decorated them like turkeys. We had so much fun!

Our Day

Just a few pictures of some children in centers today.
Audrey and Ava were reading books in the library center. Londyn was playing alphabet bingo with Keithan. Holden was writing a letter in the writing center. We also worked on a Thanksgiving surprise for parents! :)

VIPS Roberts Readers

Today Ms. Blankenship read a book to our class. She read to us because it is VIPS reading day. We appreciate her for taking time to volunteer at our school.

Jersey Fundraiser

On Wednesday the 7th our school raise a little over $1,000 for the people on the Jersey Shore who were effected by Hurricane Sandy. Some of us wore a jersey in support of the Jersey Shore victims.

We Rocked the Vote!

It was Election Day in Pre-K today. The students voted on who they wanted to be the President.

We had an Election Snack too. Our results? Obama 14; Romney 6.

Queen of the Week

Christianne is the Queen of the Week. She is the youngest of triplet girls.

Officer Passman

Today Officer Passman came to Roberts to tell us what he does for his job. We learned that policemen and police women are our friends and can help us when we are in trouble. He also told us NOT to talk to strangers!!! Officer Passman is Emily's dad. Emily is a Little Hoot. :)
